Zala... is the hosts' name and means "recommendation" in the Indian language. Our goal is to give you moments of rest and enjoyment with our dishes and service. Enjoy our oriental, delightful and exclusive dishes, which are made daily and with ultimate perfection by our chefs in all our restaurants. We use exquisite and fresh ingredients every day, for example our special curry-composites are freshly made by our chefs and remain as their secrets. You can choose the degree of spiciness matching to your personal preferences. Also our house made Indian cheese will seduce your sense of taste. Since our chefs constantly attempt to confirm our high standards we kindly ask you to have a little patience if the dish you are going to order may take some time. All our dishes are cooked without any flavour enhancer and can be ordered completely vegan! Hint: The host suggest, especially to our first time visiting guests, one of our special three-course meal (we serve three different main dishes) to enjoy and eat your fill!
