The philosophy and the aspiration of the Slowman, is of enjoyment and the pleasure of natural, freshly prepared food: traditional, yet innovative. The Slowman makes a point of giving young people a new chance. Regardless of your experience or CV, there is a possibility to train as a chef or a waitress / waiter. Trainees are guided and motivated by star chef, Christian Rach, who takes these unemployed people under his wing. The menu offers a small, yet ever changing choice of dishes. You can opt for either a large or small portion. You will have a choice of dishes such as spicy beef curry, Slowman-Schnitzel with potato and cucumber salad, Thai chicken soup with coriander, Slowman's apple tart and light as air vanilla pudding with fruit of the season. The slowman restaurant is located at the hotel Reichsof Hamburg Curio Collection by Hiton.
