About
Hidden in a side street of the Schanzenviertel - between the Red Flora and Lrchenwache - is the Bistro Carmagnole. Carmagnole? Is not this a city in northern Italy? As a matter of fact! But 'La Carmagnole' is the name of one of the most famous songs of the French Revolution, which represents the birth of modern French cuisine. Artichokes, wild boar, roe deer, truffles, fish, oysters, souffls, mousse and much more, for omnivore and vegetarians - interpreted in the spirit of contemporary Bistronomy cuisine. After daily offer and quality changing map, as well as menus along with selected beverage accompaniment. Perhaps a coupe de champagne, an edgy natural wine or even a cocktail? Gourmets, gastrosophers and bonvivants, please do not lose your head!Details
