Caf Fabric is a cafe and an open chocolate workshop devoted to the art of traditional artisan chocolate making. Our team is lead by multiple award winner chocolatier Viktoria Szeleczky-Takacs. We produce bars, truffles and dragees from selected cocoa beans, handpicked by us from various sides of the world. From Venezuela to Madagascar, Peru or Indonesia, we work with the best beans available.
