The interior is pure white throughout just as the name suggests, and is accentuated by changing coloured lighting. The food is international, ranging from sushi in the East to tapas in the West. Daily from 12 noon there is an All You Can Eat menu to suit all appetites which is a cheaper lunch time option. For those who prefer a more laid-back approach to large helpings, Laid Back Dining starts from 7pm which consists of four courses in a separate lounge and includes champagne. There are five event areas to hold functions, all styled differently.
