Nepal's kitchen is not only a paradise for vegetarians and vegans with a wide range of vegetarian dishes. The vegetarian Science Research Center in Nepal (VSRC-Nepal), reaffirms the vegetarian food all the necessary ingredients, minerals, vitamins and has Eiweise recieve our health. Fish and meat lovers can feel comfortable with in courts such as the Nepalese Momo (stuffed dumplings) or Sekuwa (roasted meat). Nepal's national dish is Dal bhat. These include lentils, rice vegetables, pickles and Papadam. The rice is bland, not salted, so that you can him well to all the other things to eat. Typical for our kitchen is the Tandoor oven. In this, the flat bread (naan) is baked. Sekuwa our dishes are marinated in a special blend of spices, tandoori masala along with the yogurt.
