The Gasthaus Zum Lwen in Sossenheim is actually more than a typical apple wine pub. Although a fresh, fruity apple wine is served, and there is no missing of related classics of the Frankfurt kitchen. But only cider and cider kitchen - that would not be enough for Peter Hfner the host and native Franconian. One sees himself more as a German Restaurant and has extended the offer accordingly. The menu changes twice a year and is added with the weekly changing lunch menu and a culinary monthly promotion, which is adapted seasonally.
