About
elbn - that stands for "two hearts" in Syrian Arabic. We are an integration project connecting Germans and Syrian refugees on a culinary level. We serve Manakish - a typical Syrian street food. It's a flatbread fresh from the oven and filled with a typical spice paste (Zaatar), cheese, vegetables or meat. Our goal is to get in contact with each other and to start a conversation between cultures.
