Went here for coffee and cake which my husband had and was excellent. I had an ice cream sundae that was really good. Excellently priced. Recommend a visit if you are in Colditz. If you visit on a Sunday there are very few places open

We had a quick bite here before visiting the castle. The sandwiches were good and served quickly. The place has a mixed identity, being a restaurant and an ice cream caffè, but you have to pack it all together in a small place like Colditz.
26 degrees in the shade and we found this place! Not much English spoken, but friendly staff and lovely cakes for sale. Speedy service and a lovely seat in the village square. Great ice cream for sale too! Recommended.
