Great place to grab a few (liters) of beer, eat some pretzels and watch the people pass. Great location, reasonable prices and good fresh beer.
A beautiful setting resembling a traditional German beer hall. Staff even wear the traditional beer hall dress which adds to the character. Nice simple menu offering German food. Big servings. Good beers and wines. Efficient service.
If you’re in the mood for some Bavarian fare and beer, this’ll do: it’s got the atmosphere and the right ingredients in a central location on Leipzig’s Market place. The food is so-so, the beer ok. Good for families though.
