Beatifully located opposite the Thomaskirche. The food is substandard. Wiener schnitzel 50g meat and 50g crust overcooked. Pfifferlingen Salad under 300g. Waitress wanted to return 11 from 50 euro only after asking.
Outstanding place with great history. Owner Matthias is almost every day present. Excellent kitchen and perfect, distinguished service. Head waiter Sebastian is an absolute asset to this restaurant and bar.
Had lunch, service was not great and the food had no taste. Also they covered it with cheese that made it a meal to forget. Even the knife made noice like it was going trough rubber.
It was a very cold day in Leipzig and after a number of churches you need worldly food and drinks.A gluhwine and a soup!We got it here an were not disappointed on the contrary we really enjoyed our meal!
Joined friends here for a light lunch outside. Great location by the Thomas Kirche and Bach statue, but food was nothing special and the service was sporadic
