We came out of St Thomas Church and Cafe Gloria was right outside. Nice atmosphere and delicious cakes in the glass fronted showcase to temp you. We weren’t disappointed and thoroughly enjoyed the plum crumble cake in really classy surroundings. Recommended.
We were ready for a coffee after our visit to the Bach museum. It was the best coffee we have had so far and the strawberry flan was delicisous – we’ll be back !
I stopped here for a late lunch after walking around the city. The cafe is smart, comfortable and welcoming. The Saxon potato soup was delicious and very reasonably priced.
