In the "Brauhaus am Waldschlsschen", anno 1836, the history of beer brewing is still alive. In Germany's oldest joint-stock brewery, which is still brewing, the brewery experience as well as the impressive beer tapping plant are delighting our guests. The brewery "Brauhaus am Waldschlsschen" is a traditional restaurant with a large beer garden and alternating live music for the whole family. Our diploma master brewer Holger Stark guarantees the highest quality. Brewed and served are Waldschlsschen Original Hell, Waldschlsschen Zwickelbier unfiltered, Waldschlsschen Dunkel und Waldschlsschen Hefeweizen Hell. During the year we are offering other seasonal beers and special beers for major events. We offer interesting and entertaining brewery tours with appointment daily. Our guests will learn the traditional art of brewing beer and will taste the freshly tapped Waldschlsschen beer directly from the historic brew kettle. In the brewery we are offering delicious dishes of home cooking, hearty cuisine and light Mediterranean meals. Popular is the "frische Pichelhaxe" out of the oven. Our guests love the Saxon dishes such as the "Dresdner Kartoffelsuppe" (potato soup) or the "Hausgemachte Kohlroulade" (stuffed cabbage roulade with minced meat). Every Sunday we got a MASSBIER DAY with Live-Music at Brauhaus and a Ma (1-litre stein) of home-brewed Waldschlsschen beer at a sensational price of only 5.10. It’s a kind of hidden place but worth a visit. The waiters and waitresses are super nice and attentive!. German cuisine and great beer, what else can you ask for? The prices are moderate

Excelente ambience, bier, food. Try the bratwurst. Excelent view from the terrace! With friends or family, we really liked this place.
When we first arrived the lady was like sit wherever we found a comfortable table for two nice quiet restaurant. The food and beer was very good I had the duck and my the sausage the red cabbage was great. Will Recommend.
We came on a friday night, place was full and busy. We got seated only after a few minutes, and service was top notch. Food was excellent, good atmosphere, nice brauhaus. Can only recommend this place.
1+ waiting time, and the food was tastless low quality. Would strongly suggest to find an another place.
