This was a surprise for us as we stumbled on it while roaming around the Market. When we went the ground floor was full and we were seated upstairs. We freaked out on rice wraps served with peanut sauce.
It was perfect. But on weekend it is better to reserve the table, because we had to wait 30-40 minutes to sit outside. But the food here worth it!
During my two weeks visit in Germany, I went twice to 36 Pho Co, that’s how perfect it was.One of the best restaurants and one of the busiest in Weimar, Highly recommended 🙂
This restaurant is amazing, a continuous reinvention of Vietnamese food served in a beautiful, artsy place. Highly recommended (we live in Erfurt and go to Weimar just to eat there)
Real tasteful Vietnamese food or Vietnamese style burgers, good taste in decoration and quick service with warm and friendly staff.
