Our kitchen works largely with regional, fresh products and offers a combination of traditional and modern cuisine. We attach great importance to high-quality products and therefore use only lactose- and gluten-free spices without the addition of taste enhancers. On our menu you will find classic Thuringian dishes including Thuringian dumplings as well as own extraordinary creations. Whether you're looking fora small snack, juicy meat from the grill, fish or vegetarian dishes - every guest will find something for his taste.
