Try our creative traditional greek and international kitchen, in a quiet neighborhood inside the habitable castle of Chios, just a few minutes from the port. Our menu is mainly based on the use of local and greek in general, seasonally available, products. We use fresh meat and fish, chian organic olive oil and organic essential oils.
