In a converted wine cellar, the serene Perivolas restaurant caters exclusively to our hotel guests. Our Head Chef Nena Ismyrnoglou has created a contemporary Greek menu and daily specials using the flavorful seasonal local produce, served with unaffected simplicity. Enjoy an elegant poolside lunch of grilled octopus served with quinoa tabbouleh, Moussaka a la minute and a variety of Aegean Mezedes, as prepared by Chef de Cuisine Fotis Roufas. Full of fresh aromas and flavors this menu guarantees a culinary journey of Greece and the Mediterranean that will please the eye as well as the palate. The tranquil poolside terraces offer the perfect dining experience, as well as great views of the sunset. In the evening, our menu features the freshest fish served in a style that will satisfy the most discerning and the most health-conscious of our guests. A perennial favorite, the Perivolas salad is the perfect accompaniment to any entree, and of course, there is so much more.
