Sphinx Wine Restaurant is settled at an old "Captain's House" in Oia, at the area of Sideras. The cellar keeps more than 300 labels of Greek and International wines, fifty of which are served by the glass using the Corvine method. The cuisine is based on Mediterranean flavours. Suggested for fine dining or just wines and cocktails at the bar.
