The word "Syrma" means boat's house. Syrma in Cyclades is the place where the boat is stored in order to preserved and protected from the winter. "Syrma" first opened in 1988 and since then it is a caf - snack bar. Manos is in charge since 1992 together with many friends and people of art and poetry that come often in Folegandros.
