Elda's kitchen has broken out of the big restaurant style offering a smaller variety of inventive and inspired preparations through the use of fresh local ingredients. Many will be pleased that some items made popular at Open Garden the previews years made their way through to the brand new menu. The menu features traditional homemade Greek appetizer & casserole dishes with a twist, seasonal & local vegetables as well as seafood, poultry and steaks prepared "a la plancha" - a method of cooking quickly on heavy steel using little or no fats.This method enhances the flavors and textures of the freshest, well seasoned ingredients.
