Mortari-Mama's flavours We are located very close to the port of Parikia, at the picturesque square of Alygaria with its beautiful trees. Here , in our traditional restaurant you can relax and enjoy our unique mama's flavours , made of local traditional recipes. Mother and daughter are using Parian ingredients from our father's farm or other local farmers. Also, you can buy local ready-made products that we use in our recipes. Discover the authentic flavours our land has to offer through our traditional Parian cuisine! we cooking all plate only with olive oil.
