Pernera Vegan is a small vegan restaurant and fair trade coffee-shop.In Pernera vegan, we are rescuing taste traditions from all around the world by transforming them into their vegan and therefore, sustainable version and we are rewriting the history of cooking, so that it can finally co-exist harmonically with the total of those factors that we name: Life on Earth.At the same time, we are trying to be using goods produced in close geographical areas, so that the energy consumed for transportations of goods, gets reduced. For products such as coffee, cacao and unprocessed sugar, we are using only products certified from a fair trade organisation, making sure and verifying that the workers involved are paid a dignified salary, that there was no child labour involved and that the farming processes were organic. You can taste plant-based organic burgers, the famous falafel, veganised greek & turkish cuisine, a healthy breakfast which will full you with energy AND healthy sweets !
