The restaurant established in 2018 using traditional recipes of Santorini and all over the Greece . We cook the traditional recipes adding some modern flavours. Our restaurant is housed in old windmill. The name has its source from the wind, because in Pyrgos has a lots of winds! Our cuisine is Mediterranean, Greek, local. We use fresh ingredients. Our suppliers are local growers of tomato, eggplant, katsouni, chloro cheese, sun dried tomato, capper and wine.
