BOTARGO is a unique Restaurant & Bar set in the grandeur of a 18th century Mansion on top of Santorini, in the medieval fortress of Pyrgos, Kasteli. With its doors always wide open BOTARGO is an establishment with high aesthetics, true hospitality, Greek gastronomy, wide-open archipelago and light. Wonderful location at the top of Pyrgos. Decent service. Botargo served unique & interesting cuisine as complimentary on top of those ordered. A few of the plates were quite rich in ingredients leaving the balance of the flavours at a loss.
We visited whilst staying in Pyrgos and were blown away by the fabulous views from the restaurant. The food was excellent and the service was very attentive. We all enjoyed a very pleasant evening.

Excellent restaurant! The food as well as the atmosphere was a pleasant surprise! We loved the food and the interior decoration! It was very romantic and relaxing.
