Situated within a former monastery in Fira, De Paul Restaurant evokes a sense of sophistication and refinement only exceeded by the mouthwatering Mediterranean delights and delicacies capturing the essence and spirit of the land. Its name was inspired by Vincent de Paul who founded the congregation of the Lazaristes in 1622 in order to serve the poor.
