Restaurant Bolas is located at Vari Beach 10m away from the seaside. Housed in Kamelo Hotel. The sand is on your feet. We serve Mediterranean and local food. Restaurant Bolas was founded by grandpa Nicolas and grandma Sofia, now it is being run by the third generation Sofia and Alexis. Our main goal is to serve happy food to happy customers!!!Details

We’d been sailing the Greek Islands for two weeks then had our best meal with Sophia and Alex. Fresh swordfish served with vegetables, a very generous serve of Syros cheese and olive oil on the table. Thank you
All of the food was well presented and very flavourful. The chefs specials were very good particularly the lamb which was extremely tender and tasted amazing. Worth the price. Will definitely return.
We ate at Bolas for the 2 nights that we stayed at Vari Beach, the food was excellent, especially the seafood. The portions were enormous and one kalamari filled the entire plate, friendly staff.
We had daily our lunch there. We really liked the meat, the local pies and the salads . Dakos and traditional local cheese with honey In the picture
