About
The traditional tavern "Giosifaki", located on the beach of Vari, started as a family affair some years ago in 1958. The passion and the recipes were transferred by the grandparents Joseph and Francesca to their son George and later to their grandson Joseph. Today the new owner Raphael completely respects the tradition of the recipes and of the flavors that he received from the previous generations, keeps having an authentic Greek cuisine by using the purest ingredients. He tries to adapt the tradition with the needs of the era and he offers abundantly plentiful dishes leaving every visitor completely satisfied.
