Lithoinon Private 16 is a different dinning philosophy, it's a meeting place of culinary delights. Here are combined and coexist harmonically: - The unique cellar that accommodates in appropriate aging conditions scarce vintage labels and rare varieties from both the international and the Greek vineyard. - The dining room, in the cellar, built with simple luxury that accommodates exclusively 16 persons. - The "walk-in humidor" made of Spanish cedar, which has a fully updated selection of Cuban cigars, preserved in ideal temperature and humidity conditions. - The "alcohol corner" with an interesting collection of Cognac, Armagnac, Grappa, Eau de vie, Rum, Single Malts and some very special cocktails. - The Salumeria, which accommodates high quality hams from Italy and Spain, as well as particular cheese varieties both imported and from various parts of Greece. - The "DRY AGER", which accommodates top quality beef from almost all over the world aging in different levels, in perfectly controlled and UV protected conditions of temperature and humidity. Private 16 is a special "idea". In a place of unique aesthetics, our guests can enjoy the ultimate combination of a high quality wine and dining experience in a very cozy and warm environment. Hospitality is perceivable from the most meticulous details of the place to the always warm welcome of the owner and the Private 16 team. The real gastronomic delight is achieved if we add to the above a unique quality menu with Mediterranean influences, which is always adjusted to seasonality of raw materials and prepared in a Spanish JOSPER charcoal oven. The harmonic food and wine pairing has personally undertaken the owner Giannis Vassiliadis, offering generously to his guests all his extensive experience and knowledge about wine. The dinner can be perfectly completed with the enjoyment of a special distillate from the LITHOINON alcohol corner and a particular cigar from our Cuban collection. The place is available either for three separate companies, or - upon request - for one entire company, for special occasions and business meetings.
