THE KSA SOU TRADIONAL GUEST HOUSES are located in the heart of Listaros village who's impressive architecture and untouched natural scenery has motivated the founders to seek a more traditional way to promote an alternative holiday destination in an unexplored part of South Crete. The two guesthouses were old cottages build from stone, both fine examples of Cretan rural architecture, were characterized traditional and preserved by the ministry of environment, renovated and transformed into two separate "loft syle" guesthouses that offer their guests the comforts of a contemporary accommodation. Both are located in the heart of Listaros village. The third guesthouse is a modern holiday house is situated on the outskirts of Listaros on the main road to Kali Limenes and Agiofarago gorge & beach and at an altitude of approximately 250m that guaranties unspoilt views. The stone and concrete modern building is sympathetically designed to blend into the surrounding countryside and be appropriate for its proximity and the picturesque village of Listaros.
