We have holidayed in Crete many times and always pay at least one visit to Avra. The breakfast is delicious and it is a really good place for drinks and snacks at any time of day. Manos and Georgia are lovely people.
It’s a nice beach place where you can order some good food. We came back a couple of times to eat there again. The Cretan salad is definitely a recommendation. Staff is also friendly and the service is fast.
Food was really good, came out promptly. After finishing main were sat waiting for ages for them to clear plates and take dessert order. Waiter sat in other room playing on phone and not paying any attention
