Brillant restaurant has been established in February 2007 in the city of Heraklion at Crete Island. It is located into Lato Boutique Hotel, acquiring independent entrance right next to the hotel's main entrance. It operates from November until end of April, daily from 13:00 until late at night. Brillant team value Mediterranean cuisine, Cretan diet, authenticity and exquisite tastes. We were able to secure a last minute New Years Eve reservation, and the food and service was outstanding. We also ate another dinner there, which was also very good.
