Melba Salt & Sugar is a family business, that values care and love for the product that it offers. Leontoglou family, runs the business for 25 years. We specialize in ice cream production, fresh crepes and waffles since 1992. The business is now in the hands of the two sons of the family, that continue the tradition. You can find Melba Salt & Sugar in three different locations in Heraklion, Crete. We can guarantee, that our own ice cream, delicious crepes and waffles (ISO 22000) will satisfy even the most demanding palette.
