Kalofagas Greek Traditional Cuisine is located in beautiful Preveza, it was founded in 1998 but has been running for two generations. The founder and chef of Kalofagas, Vasilis Dossis has already had 30 years of experience in the traditional kitchen counter. We are collectors of local traditional flavors of Epirus, we faithfully follow the raw material tradition of course pure meat combined with traditional recipes and the art of baking .. we offer Epirus to every visitor's dish! Kalofagas has strong influences from the "village", combined with the local tradition of about 100 years, giving a unique result and giving the visitor unforgettable gastronomic surprises.
