Hours: Wed-Thu 11am-2pm / Fri-Sun 11am-2pm, 5pm-8pm. Sublime Cafe specializes in DimSum. The weekly selection varies, but there is always a variety. We also prepare many Szechwan, Hunan and Mandarin dishes - but please call in advance. All of our ingredients are fresh, we minimize salt and add no MSG. Note to vegetarians - while we always offer some meatless dishes, several hours advance notice will give us time to assure you a feast.
