On 11th May 2011, Night Cap opened its doors for the first time, and we have graciously greeted all those who passed through them ever since. To this day, Night Cap encompasses more than just late night dining or a place to hangout and relax. Its where memories are made and shared. Through countless birthdays, anniversaries, engagements and weddings, we have become the meeting place in our community where special moments are celebrated. Our customers are part of our extended family which we affectionately call Night Cappers. At Night Cap our philosophy is simple: Hospitality thats not learnt but understood. Hospitality can be defined as the friendly and generous reception and entertainment of guests, visitors, or strangers, however at Night Cap we take things a step further by saying theres no strangers at Night Cap; only family we havent met yet. This philosophy translates in the kitchen as: If you wouldnt serve it to your family, we wont serve it to our customers.
