Flavorful reasonably priced restaurant with a outdoor dining in their beautiful garden. It is an oasis in gritty San Pedro Sula with very friendly service and personal greetings from the owner. The food is an awesome fusion between fantastic French cuisine with Peruvian overtones. The owner is American and his wife Peruvian. I travel to Honduras at least five times per year and Enchant is always my first stop.
