Matrjoshka Kroshka is a vegetarian/vegan streetfood restaurant with 15-20 seats in the heart of the city. Not any animal related ingredients are used, except for honey. Menu changes every day. Due to the Russian owner one can find vegan versions of the most popular Russian dishes, too, such as borshch, sirniky, pelmeny, black Russian bread. Every dish we offer is prepared in our kitchen, including the rolls (also available in gluten-free version) of the vegan burgers. We do not use preservatives, colourings, additives. We say we are the honest kitchen as one can see the preparation process of the meal one has ordered.
