I went to the store to pick up a smoothie and decided to have Apple Magic Smoothie. The store was empty as no one was available, I started to see the menu and the menu was very disoriented and badly managed. The least you can do is to get a new menu, so that it’s at least readable.Anyway, I went ahead and asked for a smoothie which has avacado ( out of stock), Dragon Fruit ( out of stock), Strawberry ( not available), Orange ( Not available), Mosambi ( not available).After getting sick of listening, I straight away asked the staff what was available, to my surprise they only had Watermelon, Pineapple, Muskmelon, Banana, Apple and that’s it.I decided to settle for Apple, I paid for the item along with GST and to my surprise, there is no system to do the billing, neither was I handed over a bill.And when I got the package, I was shocked to see that they we’re serving the smoothie in a plastic glass, when asked, the staff replied that it’s been six months that they ran out of stock on bottles. Drunken Monkey markets themselves as life style brand with smoothies being served in bottles, but the reality is something else.The portion size is standard 350ml, what I received was around 300ml, the smoothie was just fine, excess water has been used ,so it turned out to be thin.I love Juices and fruit beverages and thought would try something, what came my way was sheer disappointment.It’s totally not ok for a franchise to sell stuff with out even giving a bill.

Yes 4/5 for everything. The smoothies and shakes were really good and chill here we can get a good time to refresh with a large number of shakes and especially their monkey secret
