First of all, delete this hotel from the list of hotels on Zomato. Customer service is astoundingly terrible. They blow covers with air from their mouths without opening them with hands which is very easy and ultimately leading to falling of saliva from their mouth and into which food is kept in them and sealed. How many ever times you tell, they always tend to do do same as if addicted and when told,, they get irritated as if customers are to meant be hated and as if hotel is their property. Coming to cleanliness, preparation kitchen and tales that the service people do that I hv seen myself are of various kinds make us say YakTu. Attire of them and their rude attitude and behaviour makes everyone angry and people curse and wish bad for them instead of applause and appreciation. Hotel management capabilities are extremely poor. Hv no knowledge to drive a hotel. Same is with delivery. Items miss and when called them, they didn’t respond properly and said why would they talk to customers?
