I went to this outlet and ordered one large scoop of ice cream in a cup, and the total was something around 140 rupees. I was busy in other things and I didn’t notice until I came back in the hotel that they have cheated me. In the bill, I was shocked to see that the total amount was written as Rs. 80. Moreover, the ridiculous part was the one where it was shown that I gave Rs. 83 for the ice-cream and that the return amount was Rs.3. Who on earth would give Rs.83 to get back Rs.3?? If the bill was Rs. 80, I would have given Rs. 80 only!!! Coming from a brand like Baskin Robins, this is just disgusting. Also, I realized that they had given me only a small scoop, but I had paid around Rs. 140. I was so busy that I didn’t see the bill properly at that moment. But this incident is shocking.
A poor rating here for Baskin Robbins. We had migrated to Vizag from South Mumbai and were looking forwards to Natural’s and Baskin Robbins. However, the incourteoues attitude of attendant and non-availability of popular flavours like Missisippi mud on more than three occasions set us off!

I have ordered multiple ice creams from Baskin robbins. The small scoop mentions it would be 118ml. But when I saw the scoop it looked so small I weighed it. The weight came to be 50gms including the bag, box. Same is the case with multiple scoops. The taste was also bland compared other Baskin Robbins I have ever eaten. I am not sure of the standards they are maintaining at the shop !
Nope. Not worth the amount paid.Feels like they are not the original BR.Taste ain’t good.Won’t recommend.Better try lassi shop outside varun inox instead of wasting your money here
