I hate their shakes. It’s too loose. I like the palak paneer sandwich here but now a days even that is tasting bad since they were using ghee in sandwich.
Not what expected. If they offer something on discount they should atleast try to maintain the quality instead of sending water poured content in a stylish glas bottle. Try not to give discounts anymore. A very cheap trick to attract customers.
Fails in customer service, no value for money and beverage takes more 30 mins. I visited this newly opened outlets with my colleagues. Menu brings new flavours which was eye catchy, we ordered our share and waited for 36 mins exact for it to be delivered in drinking glass. Imagine paying 180 INR for your hot coffee to be delivered in drinking glass because they were out of cups. As an one time gesture fine we can avoid the issue understanding their poor management. On top of that it was the worst pathetic coffee we ever had. My hot coffee had turned cold maybe because the order was not picked up on time and delayed for no reason, there was no taste as describes by the menu and the people were helpless and not attending to our complaints. After drunken money opened here, they have stopped serving any kinds of beverages in Food Court as a Sales Tactics. I was a regular customer to Food Court and loved their sandwiches. But because of bad experience with Drunken Monkey not once or twice but thrice- I have stopped coming here and strongly recommend my circle to not waste their money too.
Heard alot about Drunken Monkey, so I gave it a try. It is definitely the best place to have smoothie or shake. Tried Nutcase and Brownie shake they were really good.
Have come in a vacation to vizag. And this did amaze me. Had the meal shake of banana and nuts. Was amazing. Good for health cautious people.
Awsome shakes and smoothies. Loved it. Love order again and again. KitKat caramel and confidential part 2 awsome. Quick delivery. Good job guys.
