Delicious food, Especially we loved noodles. Served variety of desserts. Chicken salad, spicy fruit salad was simply superb. Suggestion to hotel as a non-veg lovers i didn’t find a gravy dish to eat with butter naan. You can find rasmalai, gulabjamun and few more delicious sweets here. Had a great time with my Buddies as usual.
A perfect place for family dining. I have always admired Keys Brand for their outstanding hospitality. In Vizag, it was my first visit and as expected and amazing staff. The food quality was disappointing though. The place is super neat and has a touch of elegance. If it was not for food, then I would have sure upgraded my ratings
NON WORTHY. I had heard a lot good about this hotel, so we were here for buffet breakfast. Pathetic place.. we reached around 9 in the morning .. the lights were still not put on. No AC and the whole buffet was exposed to be cold food. Imagine paying 400 for breakfast and eating COLD CUT VEGETABLES,OATS,BREAD AND EVERY SINGLE INDIAN DISH. The service is simply dumb, we got to tell each thing atleast thrice for them to understand . Only the live counter was prompt towards his job. Everybody else felt as if they aren’t paid well and unhappy. Service- 2/5Food-1.5/5 Ambience-2/5
This is my review based on my breakfast experience at the hotel -been here twice and it was breakfast on both occasions once complementary as a part of the hotel stay and the latest being a walk-in experience.The first time we had pancakes,muffins, croissants and a live counter for omlette and Dosa items.On my recent visit the Breakfast was served at a makeshift location and the pancakes were missing they had french toast,baked beans ,chicken sausages and the location live counter serving Dosa and omlette.The price of the Breakfast buffet comes to 400 AI and the restaurant needs to come up with more items to justify the price.
I stayed in Keys when I shifted my base from Bangalore to Visakhapatnam. While stay was awesome their café is very nice. Food quality and taste is very nice.
I have stayed at this property and Buffet Breakfast was part on the package.The breakfast was just ok. We have also tried Ala-carte and were not pleasedThe stay was good though. Not to miss the staff are courteous.Food is the only minus for the property.
Keys Cafe is a restaurant in keys hotel which is located near Jyothi theatre. I bought their buffet coupon on discount price. Ambience was obviously great and staff was very friendly. Food was average but more than great for the amount I paid for coupon.So overall that was a decent affair.
