if your purpose is business travel, then the food is good [i stayed in this hotel for its prime location when on a quick visit to Vizag] and very convenient to dine. Good food and generous quantities and such quality ingredients that make me suspect there is cushion of govt subsidies etc 😉
Except for prime location and reasonable price, not worth trying. Food is very average. Slow service and ambience is not good. Tried their famous bamboo chicken as well. Taste is no where near the authentic dish I used to have in Araku.
Priyankar Sen It was our last evening in vizag and we were not in the mood to try something exotic. This resto was on the way to our resort which was on the beach road too. We ordered mutton biryani and chicken 65. Biryani was not great but i liked it. Quantity was good too. Chicken 65 was really good. Will revisit for the chicken 65 surely
A very nondescript place, where you would visit if you are staying in the hotel or need to have dinner after a visit to the first floor bar. Big problem, they don’t accept card and there is no ATM nearby. We ordered butter nan and Chilly Chicken. Chilly chicken was just like Sweet and Sour chicken!! Name doesn’t matter, it was very tasty, so was the nun. We wanted to order more, but ran out of cash and they don’t accept card. The place is very unimpressive but food is good. A word of caution, at 10pm the place is almost deserted. We had to walk back home as no auto was available and we haven’t brought our vehicle as we planned to drink.
Had breakfast there twice when on vacation. It was a south indian buffet breakfast and the quality of cooking was quite good. They had excellent vadas and a very light sambar. I liked the upma as well. They do serve excellent coffee over here, though the tea sucks.
