The food is awesome and hygenic with a good quality and it’s less spicy which makes the biryani more delicious and the dum pieces were cut in good portion so that it makes a good experience to eat.
Went to this place with family for a lunch buffet on Sunday. The staff was very indecent, the food was stale. When asked for a refill the manager kept saying it will be served on the table and it took almost an hour and when asked what happened he says they ran out of food. I do understand running out of food. It so happens that a restaurant runs out of food but the behaviour of the staff is very indecent. When i asked that i would want to complain this issue to higher officials he says you can’t im the only person in charge and you have to adjust to this as you were the one people left in the restaurant and we cant make any more food as it will he wasted. How stupid is this answer??? Its a buffet for god sake. Please refrain yourself from this hotel. Few of the starters are good, would give them that. But the behaviour spoilt my day.
