Tibbs Frankie is generally good and is a decent place to go to for a quick bite. However, I’ve had a weird experience at this outlet at this particular mall twice. I get something more expensive than what I order and the man behind the counter convinces me that that was what I had ordered. I was discussing this with my colleagues and heard similar stories. This issue has to be fixed for one wouldn’t want to go there again after getting something they didn’t ask for.
