Chef Atul Lahkar never dissappoint anyone with the best food items includes of assmese touch. This cafe is not a normal cafe it serves different dishes which will surely loved by everyone. This cafe was a long pending but today i finally visited i tasted the juicy momos which was too awssome and the pork and chicken bbq with north east sauce on it trust me it was heaven when i tried the dish it was too yummy thanks for adding some uncommon items in the cafe.From the khorika to heritage khorika and now cafe khorika made my tastebuds more interesting.Service was quick and yes both quality and quantity is maintained. Friendly staff. Prices are not high. Ambience is pretty with the culture of assam touch.Will visit again for sure 🙂 cheers to the khorika cafe team
Where do i even begin? Firstly, i would not have even given the 1 point if there were an option of 0 point. Totally deserved that. Why do i say so? I ordered traditional northeast pork sizzler which costs 350 bucksWhat did i get? Pork curry over a plate of fried rice on a sizzler plate. It tasted bad not even okay, but really bad. The service was lousy too.Inattentive staff. Had to go to the counter to ask for extra lemon which too were dry like a week old. I have had food in other Khorikaas, food is good there. I personally love the lachit nagar outlet. But this is lousy and expensive. Waste of money.
Totally a fresh experience of Assamese food with special cuisine by Atul!!!! No reason to miss a meal at such a wonderful cafe! Thumbs up to the entire team!
Located at Ambari Guwahati this place serves traditional Assamese food in a fusion way.The momos are great in taste & juicy. Cafe heritage is made really well giving it a tradition authentic look. Wooden furniture makes it look gorgeous. Pork with bamboo shoot is delicious. For all the Assamese food lovers it’s an absolute destination. Service is poor and pretty slow rest all fine !
Staff attitude is very unprofessional. They just don’t care that you are sitting there. You have to beg for food like anything. Even the menu they provided was torn like hell. Don’t visit here , just waste of money.
It was for the first time that I had Assamese cuisine and the money was worth it. We ordered aloo pitika chicken with bamboo shoot and smoked duck. Though we waited for a long time but the wait was worth it!Had duck for the first time and I loved it. The ambience and services are really great!
I was embarrassed by there staff attitude.. Went with two outsider state friends, but they didn’t even bother to greet us and take order, I think it’s a waste of investment from Atul lahkar. I visited during evening time around 5 . Really bad experience. Came out from the so call ethnic Assamese cafe.Please check any CCTC footage of date 29.10.2018 ,5.15 pm for verification
