I am reviewing this place lately I went few months back to this place ,this is not a cafe indeed it was a restaurant cum hotel place they have rooms to stay as well the also allow birthday celebration outside the seating area with bamboos decor ..they have large dining place available with wide range of foods available on the menuwe ordered chicken steamed momos,garlic noodles,veg noodles and frenchiesthe service was late,the food were average we didn’t like the noodles much it smelled of cod oiltheir service and food needs to be upgrade ..
Away from the buzz, peace resides in this place. A homely environment and a little closer to nature are the two main factors that 16 hillside beholds. I personally feel this is a great place for the lovers to sort things out for the balcony arrangement is something we all wanna be at with our significant other. I often end up staying a little longer there. Coming to the food, I’ve had a lot of items there but I don’t have a picture representing each one of them, maybe next time. Steamed momos worth rupees 100 is something to drool over. The tender and moist chunks of meat and the chutney served along is what we call a perfect supper. The mayo roll worth rupees eighty is worth a try. It is super delicious. The prices here are really affordable.I wholeheartedly recommended this place to everyone.Hint: Y’all might’ve a hard time finding this place but Google map can be trusted for your rescue.
A true hidden gem! Hidden away from public view, this place is a wonder in itself. Located at Railway Colony Road near Bamunimaidam (can be accessed from Geetanagar side as well), 16 Hillside is a definite wow place. It offers food as well as lodging too. The location is amazing, the food delicious and prices reasonable. I was bowled over by the ambience – there isn’t anything like this in the entire city. The only qualm I have about this place was the service – it was very slow. I hope they improve on their shortcomings and become even better. Just visit this place once, you’ll be hooked!
Service is poor .. superbly disappointed.. not value for money . The quantity and quality of food is nearly average. Pictures show the different scenario as that of reality
Tried frenchfries and cheese momos,loved the food here. It was super yummy. Interiors are cute,but they could have maintained it well. Service is slow,prices are super affordable,also the quantity is good.
Good food.
Ambience is great. Had to wait a long time for the food to be prepared(1hr) Starters were not so good. Main course was tasty though. Had to use google maps to go there as is was in some unknown locality
