They don’t want to provide the Gold benefit to customers. I asked for biriyani and one another items, immediately they told me that those items were not available. Then I ordered 2 piece chicken and burger , at that time they provided me the low end burger saying that, others are fatty and don’t taste good . The Zomato gold promo was just to show off, and their chickens are also not so tasty . KFC is far better with good customer service and attitude.
