  I had ordered 2 plates of chicken biryanis and 1 plate veg biryani. What a 3rd class service. When I opened the packet I could only find 2-3 pieces of chicken, plain rice and chicken gravy. Pathetic and horrible taste. And what to say about veg biryani. Plain Dal and Rice would have been better. My poor father had to take that portion. Never ever buy from them. They should be taken down from the zomato website. they sell junk for a price of gold

  I have ordered food from Taj Biryani many times before. I use all the food delivery apps to order foods. Today, I ordered Full-Plate biryani but got only Half plate. The package was Sealed but But there was very Little Biryani Inside (Picture attached). This is complete cheating.I know you have a lot of customers. But I did complete payment for Biryani in Advance but not got Full Plate Biryani. You are Cheating your customers.

  I ordered Hyderabadi chicken biryani from here. The biryani wasn’t that good.. The white rice were at the top and some gravy mixed rice was at bottom.. You need to mix it yourself before eating.. The biryani was unnecessarily spicy and the extra gravy was way too less. But I am satisfied with the half quantity.. It’s enough for one person and I think 2 person can also eat it. So 1 extra star for the quantity.. But the taste of the Biryani needs to be improved
