Today I went to this place with my family . I heard about arsalan from my peers that it actually was awesome . We tried Hyderabadi Biryani which is little spicy and arsalan special Biryani which is actually Kolkata Biryani and for starter we tried kilmi kabab it was all awesome . Though the lassi was not good . It taste more tangy it needed . The management was proper and well mannered. Many dishes are not available but give some time it can be favourite Biryani joint for all . One star cut for no desert available now and for the drinks .
Arsalan in kolkata is famous for its biryani and now they are here in gauhati . The ambience is really good. One can spend quality time with family and peers. Coming to the food, we tasted variety of kebabs , biryani and their sweet dishes and desserts. The sweets are so soft that they just melt in the mouth. Do try their sweet dishes once you visit them.Ambience- 4/5Food- 4.5/5
Came across this new restaurant on my trip to Guwahati.Visited quite a few fine dine places in that area but this was BY FAR THE BEST!If you are a biriyani fan, this is the place to go in Guwahati. The interiors are mesmerising and the staff very well trained and polite.My family and I decided to give the mutton Biryani a try and the scent itself made our mouth water. We also ordered chicken kebabs as sides and they were top notch!Apparently, the recipe itself is a trademark with the cooks specially brought in from Kolkata. Every section of the menu has specialized team of cook who prepare it with extreme attention to each spice that goes into the blend.All in all it was an amazing experience and will definitely be revisiting every time I am in town!
